Talk about food, my favorite appetizer is my home made blueberry cheesecake..here's the recipe..
Ingredients: For the crust: 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup melted margarine/ butter 2 tbsp sugar
Filling: 1 Bar cream cheese 1/4 cup sugar 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin 3 tbsp full cream milk 1 cup all purpose cream (chilled) 1/3 cup water 1 can blueberries in syrup
1. CRUST Mix crumb, sugar and butter Press on a pie plate Beat Cream Cheese and sugar Dissolved unflavored gelatin in milk over low heat and add to cream cheese. Beat to blend
2. In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff and fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour onto crumb lined pan. Chill for 4-6 hours then top with blueberries...that's how easy it is and taste delicious
